Scope and Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern the use of this website and all interactions with Passport Ready, LLC. By using this website or placing an order with Passport Ready, LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Nature of the Service
Passport Ready, LLC, provides passport expediting services. We act as an agent for you, our customer: we represent you in interaction with the US Department of State to hand carry your passport application to ensure the fastest possible processing of your application. As such, we need specific information from you. The application packet must be provided in a timely manner, and it must be accurate. We include detailed instructions for assembling your packet; if you have any questions, please contact us. We attempt to keep our government information as accurate as possible, although this may be changed at any time by the Department of State.

Actions of the Department of State and Other Government Entities
As issuance of your passport ultimately relies on the acceptance of your passport application by the US Department of State, Passport Ready, LLC cannot guarantee passport issuance. Passport Ready, LLC is not responsible for any action taken by the Department of State or any other government entity upon the receipt of your passport packet. There may be other issues, such as unpaid child support, that could restrict your ability to get a passport. Passport Ready, LLC urges you to rectify any outstanding legal issues, criminal or tort, before applying for a passport.

Accuracy of Government Data
Passport Ready, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by the Department of State or other government entities.

Accuracy of Passport Application Packet
Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of your passport application packet. Passport Ready, LLC cannot be responsible for the accuracy of your passport application packet.

Receipt of Passport Application Packet
Part of processing your passport application requires you to ship a completed application to one of our processing locations. Passport Ready, LLC is not responsible for this packet while in transit or once delivered to the Department of State for processing.

Return of Passport
Passport Ready, LLC will use a reputable shipper, such as UPS or Fedex, to return your passport unless you have otherwise arranged for passport pick up. Passport Ready, LLC is not responsible for your passport once provided to a shipper for delivery.

Failures and Delays in Government Processing
Passport Ready, LLC is not responsible for failures or delays in the processing of your passport application once your passport application packet has been delivered to the Department of State. In particular, we cannot be responsible for delays in the processing of your application for causes including but not limited to incomplete information, missing supporting evidence, insufficient payment, failure of government computer systems, general failure of power or other utilities in the passport processing centers, or existing court order or other legal issue that would limit the ability to obtain a passport. For the processing of minor passport applications, this includes obtaining the permission of both parents/guardians. Passport applications could be delayed if permission of both parents/guardians is not forthcoming.

Cancellations and Refunds
Please cancel all orders before shipping your passport application packet. Refunds will not be provided and cancellations cannot be honored once we receive a passport application packet for processing and submission to the Department of State. If we receive a passport packet, we will submit it for processing. Payment shall be due irrevocably upon receipt of a completed passport from the Department of State.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Passport Ready, LLC be liable to any damages to you for the use of this website or of Passport Ready's services beyond the refund of any service fee paid. There is no warranty express or implied beyond any terms stated in this document.

Original Signatures
All documents must include original signatures. No facsimile or photocopy signatures accepted. Lack of original signatures may cause your passport application to be delayed in processing by the U.S. Passport Office, U.S. Department of State, or other government entity.

Privacy Policy
These terms include by reference the Privacy Policy. You agree to be similarly bound by its terms.

Fees quoted for PassportReady.com are for the expediting service; additional government processing fees apply to passport applications. All links to off-site resources not on PassportReady.com are not controlled by PassportReady.Com. Although they were reviewed when linked to, they may change, becoming stale, unusable, or inappropriate, as is the nature of web content. If there is something wrong with any link, please contact us so that we can correct it. All service times quoted are in business days from the receipt of a complete passport package. Passports may be delayed in return by the U.S. Passport Office if the application is incomplete or is otherwise held up for additional information for special circumstances as determined by the U.S. Passport Office.
