- Departure date and destination country
- Birth date and location
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information
with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. This includes sharing with various Government Agencies
involved in the process of producing passports for US citizens and to the shipper for returning your passport. We may also use your

Department of State and other US government agencies in the regular process of expediting your passport. The actions of those
agencies with respect to your information is not governed by this Privacy Policy or by Passport Ready, LLC. Passport Ready, LLC does
not request or provide information beyond that included in your completed passport packet that is provided to these entities.
Sharing of Information with Shippers
Passport Ready, LLC may share certain information, such as your name and
address, with commercial shippers to expedite the return of your passport. The actions of those shippers with respect to your
information is not governed by this Privacy Policy or by Passport Ready, LLC. Passport Ready, LLC will always use a shipper such as
United Parcel Service, Fedex, the US Postal Service, or other reputable shipping company. We shall provide only minimal details with
these shippers to ensure delivery of your package and provide you notification of shipping status. As part of this, we mare share
this information with various agents and affiliated entities, such as the UPS Store, Fedex Office, or iShop.com.
Geographic Limitation
The operation of this website, and the scope of this Privacy Policy, is the United States of America, its territories and
subdivisions.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate
