Expedite your passport application in three easy steps:
- Step 1: Gather Required US Passport Materials: Proof of identity, proof of US
citizenship, letter of authorization, passport application form, proof of departure,
passport photos, order form, fees and payment. Also include State Department Form DS-64 to protect
yourself from identity theft by notifying the State Department about the loss of your old passport.
- Step 2: Get Application Authorized by Acceptance Agent: Take all documents
plus checks for U.S. State Department and acceptance agents fee to an acceptance agent.
- Step 3: Ship Materials to Passport Ready: Send sealed government envelope,
payment to Passport Ready, including a $30.00 shipping payment. Write your name, date of
birth, and travel date on the outside of the envelope.
